Terms of service

Last updated: 2026-09-29

These terms are the agreement between you and A² Solutions for the use of Invoice Creator. By creating an account, using the free invoice creator or paying for Pro, you accept them. If you use the service for a company, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms on that company's behalf.

1. Who we are

Invoice Creator is provided by A² Solutions, Oosterhesselenstraat 339, 2545 SW Den Haag, The Netherlands. KVK number 99882957, VAT number NL005416615B22, contact info@invoice-creator.net. In Türkiye the same service is offered under the name FaturaJet; the provider and these terms are identical.

2. What the service is, and what it is not

Invoice Creator helps you create, send, track and get paid for invoices. It is invoicing software. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice, and it is not a bookkeeping or tax filing service.

  • You remain responsible for the accuracy of every invoice: amounts, VAT rates and treatment, numbering, dates, legal notes and the details of your customers.
  • Country hints, VAT treatments and legal notes in the product are guidance and defaults only. They may not fit your situation, and you should check them with your own adviser.
  • Invoice Creator does not send invoices through official e-invoicing networks such as Peppol, KSeF or e-Fatura. If your country obliges you to use one, you must do that separately.
  • Calculations are performed again on our servers when an invoice is saved, so the stored totals are consistent. That is a technical safeguard, not a guarantee of tax correctness.

3. The free invoice creator

  • The free creator needs no account and is available at no cost.
  • Your draft lives in your browser only. We do not store it, cannot recover it and are not responsible if it is lost when you clear your browser or switch device.
  • A free invoice is only added to a Pro workspace if you explicitly choose to save it there.
  • We may change or limit the free creator at any time, and may apply fair-use limits to prevent automated abuse.

4. Accounts

  • You must give accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done in your workspace.
  • Tell us promptly at info@invoice-creator.net if you think someone else has accessed your account.
  • One workspace is intended for one business. Sharing login details is not permitted.
  • You must be at least 16 years old and acting in a business capacity.

5. Pro subscription, prices and payment

  • Pro is a subscription billed monthly or yearly in advance, and it renews automatically.
  • First-time subscribers receive a 14-day free Pro trial after completing Stripe checkout. A payment card is required. Your selected monthly or yearly plan is charged automatically when the trial ends unless you cancel from the billing page before then. Returning subscribers are billed immediately and do not receive another free trial.
  • Payment is taken by Stripe. You authorise recurring charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel.
  • Prices are shown per currency and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Where we must charge VAT, it is added at checkout. For businesses in other EU countries with a valid VAT number, the reverse-charge rule may apply.
  • We may change prices for future periods. We will tell you at least 30 days in advance, and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
  • If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend Pro features until it succeeds. Your data is not deleted during a suspension.

Cancellation and refunds

  • You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, or until the end of your free trial, and it is not renewed after that.
  • We do not refund part-used periods, except where the law requires it or where we clearly failed to deliver the service.
  • Because Invoice Creator is aimed at businesses, the statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not normally apply. If you are acting as a consumer, you have 14 days to withdraw, but by starting to use Pro straight away you accept that the right lapses once the service is fully delivered.
  • After cancellation your data stays available for 30 days so you can export it, unless you delete your account sooner.

6. Payments from your customers

  • Invoice payments run through your own Stripe account, which you connect yourself. You are the seller and the merchant of record for those transactions.
  • We are not a party to the transaction, never hold or pool your money, and funds never pass through our accounts. Stripe pays out directly to you under your agreement with Stripe.
  • Stripe's fees, payout schedule, disputes, chargebacks and refunds are governed by your agreement with Stripe. Refunds and disputes are between you and your customer.
  • An invoice is only marked as paid when Stripe confirms the payment, or when you register a payment yourself. Returning from a payment page never marks an invoice paid on its own.
  • Payment links stay valid for the invoice until it is paid or you disable the link. You are responsible for who you share them with.

7. Email, reminders and anti-spam

  • When you send an invoice or a reminder, we send it on your behalf from our sending domain, with your name and reply address.
  • You confirm you have a legitimate business relationship with each recipient. Invoices and payment reminders are transactional messages, not marketing.
  • You may not use the service to send marketing, newsletters, bulk or unsolicited email. Doing so is grounds for immediate suspension.
  • Automatic reminders are sent on the schedule you configure. You are responsible for that schedule and its wording, and for switching reminders off for invoices where they are not appropriate.
  • We may stop sending to an address that bounces repeatedly or reports our messages as spam, in order to protect deliverability for everyone.
  • Email delivery depends on third-party systems, and we cannot guarantee any message arrives.

8. Acceptable use

You may not:

  • Issue false, fraudulent or misleading invoices, or use the service for money laundering.
  • Invoice for illegal goods or services, or breach sanctions or export rules.
  • Impersonate another business or use a name, logo or brand you are not entitled to.
  • Attempt to reach another workspace's data, or probe, scan or test our security without written permission.
  • Overload, disrupt or reverse engineer the service, or scrape it with automated tools.
  • Resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.
  • Upload malware, or content that is unlawful, abusive or infringing.

9. Your content and our rights

Your data stays yours. You keep all rights to your company details, logo, customers, products and invoices. You give us only the permission we need to host, process, display and send that content in order to run the service for you.

You confirm you are allowed to use the logo and other material you upload, and that entering your customers' details does not breach data protection law. The software, design, templates and brands Invoice Creator and FaturaJet remain ours.

10. Availability, support and changes

  • We aim for high availability but do not promise an uninterrupted service. Maintenance, third-party outages and emergencies can cause downtime.
  • We provide support by email at info@invoice-creator.net and normally reply within one working day on working days.
  • We keep improving the product and may add, change or retire features. We will not remove a significant paid feature without reasonable notice.
  • You are responsible for keeping your own copies of invoices you need for your records. Exports are available in the app at any time.

11. Suspension and termination

  • You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from your profile.
  • We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, if your use is unlawful, or if payment stays unpaid after reminders. Where possible we warn you first.
  • On termination we remove your workspace data within 30 days, apart from records we must keep for tax or legal reasons.
  • We may end the service entirely with at least 90 days' notice and a way to export your data.

12. Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost revenue, lost goodwill, fines or tax penalties, or loss of data beyond the cost of restoring it.
  • Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event, or EUR 100 if you pay nothing.
  • Nothing here limits liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.
  • You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your invoices, your content or your breach of these terms.

You must report a claim in writing within 12 months of noticing the problem, or it lapses.

13. Data protection

How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms. For your customers' details you are the controller and we act as your processor: we process them only to deliver the service, use only the providers listed in the privacy policy, keep them secure and delete them when you do.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. We will announce material changes in the app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not accept a change, you may cancel before it applies; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept it.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. Disputes go to the District Court of The Hague (Rechtbank Den Haag), without prejudice to any court a consumer is entitled to use under mandatory law. Before going to court, please contact us at info@invoice-creator.net so we can try to resolve it.

If a clause is invalid, the rest stays in force and the invalid clause is replaced by the closest valid alternative. You may not transfer this agreement without our consent; we may transfer it as part of a reorganisation or sale of the business, and will tell you if that happens. These terms, together with the privacy and cookie policies, are the entire agreement between us.
